Manny has been President and founder of Mindtech for 25 years specializing in executive education. His clients include a wide variety of business and non-profit organizations. He’s been on the faculty of the Columbia Business School Senior Executive Program for 23 years. Previously, he worked for Polaroid for 30 years primarily in start-up and experimental operations. He was a senior manager and directed manufacturing and product development groups as well as experiments concerning how to balance productivity, creativity and personal satisfaction.
